Crystal Jade
Cnr Russell St, Level 1, 154 Little Bourke Street
To celebrate my 21st I picked the newly opened Crystal Jade. Giving them 12 days to prepare themselves how did they do?
Let's see...got there around 8ish and didn't get our food till about 10ish I think. Packed place and we were kindly put right at the back corner of the place where it seems like an "unhelpful" zone. Guess it was a big ask to squish in 16 people on a round table but in the end it sortof worked.
To keep it short:
The food = good, with none being bad and some being great.
The price = Reasonable but servings can be abit bigger.
The service = Not too bad for such a packed time.
Now pictures paint a thousand words. Note however that we basically ordered two of each dish so they put both servings on one plate. Now this might be a bad thing because could be a cheap way out in serving us less and claiming that it is two servings, but on the other hand it was actually easier to share on the turntable.
Enjoy :)
P.S: Sorry about not naming the dishes. I'm getting old...
